Dance Perspectives

“Dance”, the most physically and mentally demanding subject within the Performing Arts, is the main theme of our studio.  We aim to build self confidence in our students by instilling proper dance technique and style.  We provide the physical training necessary for body development, a feeling for movement, music appreciation, and the emotional qualities needed for dance and self worth.

It all starts here at The Dancing Place Dance Academy whether students sing and dance as tots on stage for the first time, feel the grace of a ballet class, or experience the excitement of competition.

It is our feeling that when our students have left the studio they will have developed a stronger character, a greater awareness of themselves physically, and a better appreciation and respect for the arts and others.
